 Service Stipulations - Please read these carefully before booking in any service through Taylored.
By booking a ceramic coating service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


- Vehicle condition & expectations: 
Ceramic coating enhances and protects but does not repair deep scratches, stone chips, dents, peeling clear coat, or existing paint damage. 
Defects not removed during paint correction will remain and may appear more noticeable once coated. 
Severely oxidised, failing, or previously repainted surfaces may not achieve full bonding or expected durability.

- Paint correction: 
One-step or two step paint correction improves gloss and clarity but does not guarantee 100% defect removal. Results vary depending on paint condition, hardness, and prior repairs. Ceramic coating locks in the finish as it is at the time of application.

- Curing & aftercare (required):
• Keep vehicle dry for 12 - 24 hours after application
• No washing or chemical exposure for 7 days
• Avoid automatic car washes at all times
Failure to follow aftercare may reduce coating lifespan and void any warranty.

- Warranty limitations: 
Ceramic coating is not a guarantee against damage from improper washing, automatic washes, environmental fallout, road debris, or chemical exposure. 
Any warranty (if offered) applies to coating failure only, not general wear or contamination. 
Ongoing maintenance is required.

- Maintenance: 
Coatings reduce maintenance but do not eliminate washing. Recommended wash methods and maintenance guidance will be provided. 
Not following these guidelines may shorten coating longevity.

- Trim / glass / wheels: 
Trim coatings restore and protect but cannot permanently repair cracked or heavily sun-damaged trim. 
Glass coatings improve water repellency but do not replace wipers or repair chips/scratches. 
Wheel coatings reduce brake dust adhesion but do not prevent brake dust entirely; harsh chemicals and heavy braking can reduce durability.

- Environmental factors: 
Longevity depends on climate, UV exposure, driving frequency, storage, and maintenance habits. 
No ceramic coating is permanent.

- Bookings: 
A deposit may be required. 
Cancellations/reschedules within the stated timeframe may forfeit the deposit. 
Late arrival or excessively dirty vehicles may incur extra charges or rescheduling.

- Acknowledgement: 
By booking, the customer confirms they have read and accept these stipulations and will follow aftercare instructions.
